How does Resony work?

  1. Well-being check.

Start by answering a 7-item questionnaire to start your well-being journey. Using your responses, Resony will generate an emotional well-being score. You can monitor progress by repeating the questionnaire once every 2 weeks and tracking your score on the progress dashboard

2. Personalised techniques

Resony will recommend you two personalised techniques for stress, anxiety, building resilience based on your emotional well-being score. These are clearly marked for morning and evening times

3. Library

The library contains a selection of exercises for relaxation, better sleep, improved mood and for building resilience. All assessments and techniques in Resony are developed by our experienced medical team and are based on neuroscience, positive psychology, behavioural science and physiology.

4. Wearable

Connect a Pulse Oximeter to measure stress levels in the body using Heart Rate Variability data. In addition, you can control your body’s natural stress responses using Heart Rate Variability Bio-feedback.
